Added functionality to apply for Emirates NBD leverage trading Credit Facility

Very disappointing

The app does not update the watchlist in real time and does not show the current market position. Considering it is a trading app it should run in real time in sync with the market data. Developer team needs to up their game considering emirates securities is one of the oldest player in the market.

Improved App

The application much better than the old one, more organized, easy to navigate and much faster in pricing and commands, and improving with each update, keep it up

Worst customer support

Calling them for 1 hour just to get a robot to tell me your call will be answered within 2-3 minutes and when someone picks up he disregards the whole conversation and says please hold ok transfer you to someone else where I wait for another 20 minutes claiming to be 2 to 3 minutes and just to hear the phone ringing on their end
