App stopped working when updated to iOS 13.1.1

The app was working perfectly fine previously. Until I updated my iOS to 13.1.1. Now it stopped working and can’t even do anything. Please provide a fix on this bug. Thanks

Not for iPad?

The description says it is compatible with iPad but there is no app specifically for iPad on the App store. It downloads only on iPhone. If you visit App Store on iPad, this app does not show up if you choose “iPad only” but shows up for “iPhone only"
