Such a long investigation
I have been using the account for a long time. Suddenly I see that twelve hundred dollars were transferred from my account to my wallet, but I didn't do it. When I reported it on live chat, I was told they would investigate the matter and let me know within 24 hours, but it's been three days and the issue still hasn't been resolved. When I asked about the account again on live chat, I was told it would take three to seven days. the family must survive thanks to this business. If I can't negotiate for three to seven days now, or if it takes such a long time for such a big company to investigate this matter, then there is really nothing to say.

***Lost approx 40k USD I don’t recommend to anyone, save your hard earned money and invest somewhere
Due to there technical issues I had lost big amount and worst customer support, several complaints I raised they just ask screenshots and screen recording always and do nothing please don’t get trap here they closed all my open positions without my knowledge, I shared all evidence what they had asked me but no output it’s been an year now nothing I received, if they resolve my complaint will definitely remove my review however I don’t think Exness will look into my case seriously they just want customers to deposit amount and loose there money.
