I like this app, sometimes you can find very good deals but on the other hand they fake discounts i.e same tshirt would be 100$ net price and in sale page they mention 200$ discounted to 100$.
in general the prices are always more expensive than other online apps.
Very bad experience
I bought an item from them and it was the worst experience ever!!
it came with its secuirity pin not remove.
To remove it , they advised me to return it as they will remove it and delivered back to me. Not only it took them forever to come and pick the item from me, I didn't hear from them after. So I kept sending emails asking about when will the item get delivered to me again, and after several emails, they gave me a date. No item was delivered to me at the given date. Again, I sent emails asking about what happened to my item and they kept telling me we will contact the boutique and get back to you !!! After one week from the given date...they sent me an email saying that the item was returned and you money was refunded !!!I am never ordering from them again ! Especially that the item was suppose to be a gift ...very disappointed !!
Worst online shopping platform in the UAE
I ordered the adidas ultra boost sneakers on Farfetch. Very disappointing experience.
1. When I received the order the invoice attached to the order was for 200 AED less than what I paid on Farfetch.
2. I requested for a return 4 times and received confirmation pick up emails and until today the item hasn’t been picked up for the return. The customer service was the worst ever not helpful at all.
Won’t ever use this app for their return procedures and for adding crazy margins on the original price of the items.
