FieldBuddy Swift is the cloud solution for automating service processes. You get with this app your work orders on your iPhone and iPad, no more paperwork, always all data real-time at hand, less administration.
With FieldBuddy Swift on iPhone or iPad a technician has all the necessary information within reach, always and everywhere and even when an internet connection is temporarily unavailable, the technician can continue due to the offline modus.
The technician will automatically receive the service orders on his device, in real-time. And when he or she is on site, FieldBuddy Swift helps track her o his time, parts used, activities and, when necessary, a signature of the customer. The app will guide the technician with workflows that can be centrally managed and easily configurable.
