FlashIdea helps you keep the thoughts and tasks that might otherwise slip away. Capture with text or voice, then organize your memos with tags, reminders, locations, pins and archives. No additional account is required. Your app purchase includes all current features, with no additional subscription or in-app purchase. CAPTURE IN THE MOMENT Type a quick memo or record audio to turn into text. Recognize clear time phrases in English or Chinese and customize your own reminder phrases. If transcription is interrupted or fails, check the retained recording draft and try again. KEEP WHAT MATTERS IN VIEW Pin important memos to see them in Lock Screen widgets or a Live Activity. Tap to return to the app. Activity cards offer single- or double-column layouts, light glass and custom tinting. ORGANIZE YOUR WAY Add tags, reminders and locations, and drag to reorder. Archive completed items and restore them when needed. Export or import JSON backups and manage Recently Deleted items. USE YOUR DEVICES TOGETHER iPhone lets you capture on the go. iPad offers a centered, adaptive single-column layout for viewing and editing. Apple Watch supports quick voice capture and viewing tasks. The native Mac app provides a main window, menu bar and configurable global shortcut. YOUR DEVICES, YOUR ICLOUD Memos start on your device. Turn on optional iCloud sync to update supported records and attachments across your own devices. There are no ads, ad tracking or third-party analytics SDKs in this version. CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE The interface follows your system language by default. Choose Follow System, Simplified Chinese or English in Settings on each device. Changing the interface language does not translate or rewrite your memos. Please note: • Microphone, speech recognition, notifications and location are used only for the corresponding features and can be managed in system settings. • Speech recognition uses Apple system services. On-device availability depends on your device, language and system; Apple services may process audio when needed. Fully offline recognition is not guaranteed. • Widget updates and Lock Screen presentation are scheduled by the system. A Live Activity can run for up to 8 hours and remain on the Lock Screen for up to 4 more hours after ending. Return to the app to try restoring it. • Apple Watch requires a paired iPhone with FlashIdea. Watch recordings are sent to the paired iPhone for transcription and storage. • iCloud sync requires the same Apple Account and permission to use iCloud on each device. Updates may be delayed. Original audio is not synced through iCloud. • JSON backups do not contain original recordings. Keep any needed files safe before clearing data or changing devices.
