Due to the current situation, where our flight was cancelled by the airline and trying to seek refund this website customer service is throwing us between airline and their chat service like ping pong balls making vague excuses, the whole process has been a waste of time and no result as they refuse to cooperate and provide solutions and just throw us to the airline who can’t do anything. This is the second time we have had the worst experience after the first time when we were denied refund Pls do not deal with this website at all as this is the worst website when it comes to seeking any refund during flight cancellations. Whenever we deal with the airline directly, we always get the right service The worst part is they do not have a proper email address that can be dealt with to solve issues The make everything so difficult to reach or contact especially when we need service The worst worst website

Bad experience, I did a booking with them (LN6KZA) and I cancel it before the flight, 2 months now and I didn’t get my money back. Each time I call them they ask me to wait and put me on hold for 30 min without any replay.I spoke to the supervisor (his name Neeshat) he said he will solve the issue and get back to me but he didn’t do anything and Every time I call them the agents ( Aisha, Lukaish, Sohail and many other can’t remember the names) saying that the supervisor is not available and no one else is here.They have only one landline number means if any complaint or issue you can’t find any other alternative number to raize it.Terrible experience, do not deal with them, you will suffer trust me

Try not to book on this agency, they give cheap deal in the ticket yes, but once you have a problem or you want to change something on it nobodys there to assist you, they landline is not working the only option you have is chat on they website using the laptop you cannot chat using the phone, you will need to contact them multiple times and still no resolution. So dont fall victim like me.

Refund issues. Customer service issue. Slow response

They might provide one of the lowest prices, but canceling a ticket is a real hassle. Refunding is a real issue. You have to call their only number in the UK, wait in 110+ queue, which will cost you another ticket. If you send them an email, it is likely to get a non conclusive response after more than a weekGo for any other providers. They are only couple of dollars more
