Unfortunately, i was disappointed. I have stubbled upon the app when i was browsing over better dubai apps via the apple app store. I found this app and i got hungry and interested. Installed and ordered. The app looks great and friendly. But when i came to enter the address i needed for delivery, my address was not there at all. Al Maktoum Rd. So i manually wrote it on the instruction and on the special note. Order sent and received, the team called me to verify the order and sadly they could do as what the name represents, freedom, no. Instead of handing me over to a different location or branch of the so-called Freedom Pizza, they just said they do not deliver to my place and that its a No, so i cancelled, at least they said thank you. But seriously? You should use Limited Pizza instead of the misleading representation of the name you are using. Such bad experience with this pizza company.

I love the ease of use of the app and the fact you can just click repeat order. The delivery always arrives quickly and still hot, never soggy like most take away pizzas! I probably order once a week, highly recommend
