This is ridiculous
App doesn’t work. I created an account months ago and I’m stuck on a spinning loading wheel and nothing will load (yet the app buttons and links do) I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, creating a new account, etc. Also, the app support only takes you back to the advertising website for said app and they only way to contact is by calling the original barracuda shop to which they have no clue how to help you. I wouldn’t suggest getting this app as it’s a waste of time.
Also I wrote a review on the app expressing theses issues and the developer deleted it...

Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to ensure that you have a positive experience on our app. We have looked in to your comment and found that the app sometimes seems to hang when used on older iOS versions. Please try upgrading your iOS version to the latest version and that should fix it.
