It’s very user friendly and easy to use, ordering from multiple restaurants and get in one delivery is very good idea, as well the group order is very awesome and gives a lot of savings in terms of delivery fees.The support is under 1 minute!! I just click Hi and real person is replying to me and helping me in updating my order. Delivery rider are awesome as well always smiling and happy.

Unfortunately , after a few weeks of being able to earn points and use them. There was an app update and now the app. does not allow Abu Dhabi as a delivery destination . I can’t use my accumulated points balance anymore, can’t earn points and will likely lose my points balance as it slowly expires. While the support were syrupy sweet , they couldnt resolve this without referring to their tech team. No communication on this change and very disappointed.
