Update Broke iPhone 14 Pro Compatibility/ App Layout no linger fits screen.

Since updating the GDRFA Establishment App to version 1.0.9, I've encountered a significant issue with the app's functionality on my iPhone 14 Pro. The update seems to have caused a compatibility problem where the app layout no longer fits the phone's screen properly.

This results in crucial elements like the menu being inaccessible. Specifically, the menu icon (often represented by three dots) appears to be positioned off-screen in the top corner, making it impossible to tap and access the menu functions.

This severely limits my ability to use the app effectively. While the app functioned well before the update, this new issue significantly hinders its usability.

I urge the GDRFA app developers to investigate this problem and release a fix as soon as possible. An update that ensures proper scaling and on-screen placement of all app elements, especially the menu, for the iPhone 14 Pro is crucial.

Urgent Assistance Needed: Activation RSA

I recently changed my device and attempted to activate the app by making the required payment of AED 600. However, I have encountered persistent issues with the app—it is not functioning correctly and appears to be stuck.

I reached out to your customer care via phone, and after explaining my situation, they advised me to send an email for further assistance. I promptly sent an email detailing the problem and my payment, but unfortunately, I have not received any acknowledgment from your end.

It has been almost 2-3 days since I submitted the email, and the issues with the app persist, unresolved. I urgently seek your attention to this matter and kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving the activation and functionality problems.
