The app is quite user friendly and can be easily navigated. Options to contact the RM from the app for a quick chat would be helpful. Happy to be part of the beta app and give feedback. Special mention about ‘Raina’ who took my individual feedback and resolved the issue I had reported.

It does not open with face recognition, tried so many time when needed but it’s will read the face and nothing… at times when it’s urgent and you need to access on phone it’s very frustrating. Anyways now when the bank has got many costumers they don’t care even you visit the branches also, there staff is very unprofessional and rude at times. Some of the staff will show there attitude as if it’s the only bank in uae … I am soon going to close my business account also.. this bank was once very nice but now as they got business their policies towards costumers changed I guess… Like bank like app … both worst …

Worst bank and pathetic customer services

I must say, one of the worst bank for corporate or SME, highly non professional and pathetic B2B customer care, their branch won't help you at all in any regard but only ask you to contact your account manager and your account manager and his/her managment will never respond or resolve your any query even after complaints and escalations. They have suspended our SME bank account without any reason and its been 3 months they are not even responding to our emails and calls whereas our hefty amount is blocked from 3 months for no reason and badly impacting our business.
