With this application , I replaced many orders during 3 weeks, unfortunately the chosen items which I selected are not completed. Because they have problems with payment methods. So, I kept connected with customer service on Groupon team and Also , the service which they provide are so poor,Because they don’t respond to my email as well as they don’t have a good solution to figure out. Also, I provide them with phone number to discuss with the situation but no Answer. I checked my Debit card and Visa card with bank and I don’t any issue that the money not going through the process. Every time when I replaced order, I received message from them the my order is cancelled because the payment not completed ,Therefore my credit accounts are valid with sufficient enough balance.I don’t recommend it to use this is application for the reasons which I discussed.They needs new customer support team and excellent developers to figure out the problems and find solution.Thanks

They stole my money!!Just bought an offer(written in bold its valid for 7 days a week) for 1000 aed. I went to redeem my offer and it wasn’t applicable on public holidays.Contacted the support they told me its written in the fine print and its not refundable, note that the fine print is a text consists of 1000 words and its written in the middle of text.They do this on purpose to let you have the mistake and steal your money as i dont see any reason why they can’t refund and they didn’t explain why they can’t. Although an application have all the features that keeps sending you notifications about offer you just view or some interests etc.. they can easliy add warning to offer or something obvious for the exclusion of the offer

Had ordered a cabinet. The wrong item was delivered and its been 5 days since I’m trying to get an answer on the exchange of the item. The absolute WORST customer service I have possibly encountered. Everything with this website is frustrating. All they are good at is purchasing the amount right off your credit card and you are on your own from there onwards because they don’t give a rat’s ***. I don’t know how they have been dealing so far with customers because such an online-shopping platform should not even exist. They don’t know the first thing about customer service and that is follow-up. Their so-called “support” team don’t even respond to emails. I didnt have the option of giving 0 rating. They deserve a rating of below 0
