Not able to download exercises

Anytime I want to download a training session, it says I need to delete downloads. When going to the downloads, there are no downloads saved!!!! I need those downloads as in cannot acces Wi-Fi or data during my workouts!!!!!!
Please help out asap

My one year membership does not work

Dear Gymondo Team,

I have sent you many emails to raise an issue related to my membership, unfortunately I have not received any feedback till this moment.

the issue is that although I have paid for one year membership I am not able to access any of the programs or the workouts labels with premium, knowing that this content is accessible for the members and it was in fact for the first week

So I do appreciate you reply to my email or call me or solve this issue ASAP
