I didn't open it on another device!!

Today Sunday 7th February 2021 I opened the game to play but it gave me that I opened the game on another device but I didn't so I don't know if there is something wrong with my game or there is some hacking in my game but please check.

Note: Can you please tell me how to open the piggy bank because I have 22 diamonds inside it and I don't know how to open it.

Like Doorman Story

Its just characters changing their appearance and some modifications on the way upgrades are done. Other than that, the tasks to do are a copy. Advertising showcased elevator picking up people and going on floors. Did not experience this so far... Still fun though. Just sad to see another copy mechanic.
