Worst delivery experience
The fact that the drivers do not speak English and always call you to ask where to deliver is such a awful experience. The drivers have the location in the app but if the pin is not 100% exactly on your building they will call to ask or just stay nearby until you call. The app and restaurants are great but the drivers are ruining everything

Very bad customer service!!!!! When it comes to refund
I provided all the photos !! For every item and they compensate me with 15SAR !!!! And my order is above 200!!! It’s pizza and wasn’t cooked and thrown out!! They didn’t even left the case open , 3 times I file it and they end the conversation with sorry and that’s the rules !! Zero loyalty to customers!! It’s been ages and we used them and never asked for a refund and the moment we need them to support us they left us behind !! Such a shame .. no wonder why they don’t exist in dubai فتره و حنا نستخدمهم !! بس يوم يجيك طلب خربان يسحبون عليك و يرسل ١٥ ريال !!!! و يقولك انشاء الله بنكلمهم !!! ما يستحون .. الحق علينا المفروض كل واحد يقوم يجيب الطلب بنفسه .. لا حول و لا قوه الا بالله.. حسبي الله و نعم و الوكيل فيهم
Worst customer experience (for english speakers)
Had a couple of successful food orders but I did a major grocery order from an event: order never arrived even though I spent 30mn trying to find the driver outside under a scorching sun while chatting with customer service who was was aware and still dared to tell me after 30mn that they had done their due diligence and that the order was now « completed »! I then tried to reach out with chat screenshots
