Bad customer service
I had an issue where for some reason the phone sent wrong location to the rider. The rider was rude unable to communicate and couldn’t explain where he was. I asked the rider where the food was and asked him to leave it at the location or return to restaurant. At that point he screamed at me in some language other than English and Arabic. So he sent me a photo of the delivery location. I went to the location and couldn’t see where my food was. When I raised this complaint to the customer service the only reply I got was that location is customer responsibility. I understand that, but rider rudeness or him throwing away my food or eating it or whatever he did with it has to be dealt with. I will be staying away from this application till my issue is addressed or resolved.
Non-user friendly app and laidback customer service
The app doesn’t properly add your credit card. I called the customer service to complain and ask for a solution, they promised to call back with no luck.
