I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pick Me Food. I placed an order for my family on New Year’s Day, expecting a smooth and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened.The rider reached near my house but couldn’t locate the exact address. Instead of contacting me properly or attempting delivery again, the order was simply marked as “delivered,” which is shocking because I never received it.What’s even more frustrating is the response from customer service. When I reached out for help, I was told that nothing could be done. This is completely unacceptable — I paid for food that I never received, and there was no effort to resolve the issue or offer a refund.Is this really the level of service Pick Me Food provides to its customers? Marking undelivered orders as completed and refusing to take responsibility is not just poor service — it’s unfair.I strongly urge the company to improve both its delivery handling and customer support, because this experience has completely ruined my trust in your service.

Very disappointed with service ,normally driver never pick you up ,incase if they pick up then you might pay more. First showing one fare & while paying after the trip will be different, i request to improve service like uber ,I always look for trustable application but Pick me is something different then what you are expecting
Not taking responsibility after delivered the items

Hi , this is to inform you , I ordered 1 vanilla flavored sustagen and 1 chocolate flavored sustagen from mahajana supermarket through your pick me application , but they sent me 2 chocolate flavored sustagens .... until now you guys could not solve my issue ....??? We called 1331 and they said supermarket is the one sent the wrong item and we can not do anything..But of course you can do something about this because I did the payment through your pick me application .I did not pay to the supermarket..You can refund my payment if the supermarket can not replace the correct item .Im waiting for your reply.Thank you
