How the Subscription Works:
- All app users can play two free courses. Upgrade to a premium subscription package at any time.
- Subscribers will receive full access to ALL courses. New courses and songs added every month!
- All recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Your subscription is for your iTunes account and can be used on your iOS device.

Hi! I always wanted to learn piano , tried intermittently a few time in last few years by subscribing to different app , buying sheet music on you tube channel , couldn’t even get past a few steps . Can’t afford private Tuition as it requires time and schedule commitment, my work as surgeon is hectic , most of days I work for 12-14 hours . Ultimately I found SP , it’s a blessing , 1.5 month , I can read sheet music , play music which make sense to others . I understand long way to go , but good beginning is half done they say. Cost structure is so affordable , even they ask me to pay more I won’t mind . It’s amazing smart way of learning .
I’m Lovin’ it with an issue

Don’t care about payments. I’m a Intermediate / Chord Styling II Student and with experience, it teaches you everything. From hand position, timing, notes and so much more. But there’s an issue. In Essentials III, one of my favorite songs are Happy by Pharell Williams. There was a version where there was a little more fun and a bit complicating area which is now removed. Because of that, it seems like an Essentials II song instead. Please bring it back. I’m not comfortable with the slight change and I had done a full 3 stars on it. And now.. it disappeared because of a change. Please put it back. And there are so many ways to try connect your iPad / iPhone to your acoustic piano or electrical keyboard that you can do it outside the fresh air (of course, with Wi-Fi! Joytunes rocks!P.S. I made many reviews but I exaggerated on this one a bit too much.

Promising app to teach piano but it has serious technical issues. I subscribed to the family program (initially I subscribed to the premium yearly subscription) . Subsequently I was charged twice for both the plans instead of simply paying for the upgrade. In addition, in spite having the family plan, I am constantly blocked out of using the app from multiple devices . To add to this, the entire program keeps restarting from scratch. No technical support is offered inspite of me trying to contact them several times. Therefore between their technical issues and their inability to be accessed I would give them negative 5 stars if possible.
Just like a piano, the app needed some tuning. We fixed some pesky bugs so it should B sharp now.
