I’m gonna give my honest opinion and experience in about this app and no bias. I downloaded this app around a week ago and it was pretty good, I also bought subscriptions the first day and spent around 90 aed which is basically 35 dollars. After 3 days and meeting some good people I met this girl and she was perfect, after some talking I asked for her insta and she was about to give it to me until yubo blocked me out of the blue asking for verification. I tried verifying myself many times by including clear pictures of my ID and and my face, but still getting rejected even after 4 days straight. I contacted support team multiple times and no answer, I don’t know if the team is sleeping or playing games because I sent my ID in manual too so they can get one of their specialists to check it out but still continuously getting rejected. It has been 5 days now and I lost the girl that was into me and that I liked her too. Thank you for this terrible experience and money wasted on this app. I hope you fix my issue yobu.

Couldn’t recover old acc

I had yubo for the first time few months ago, but then my phone crashed and then after getting it repaired I wasn’t able to login , it said phone number invalid. So I thought deleting the app means it deleted account too. But then I made new acc. And when I downloaded it again after deleting, I successfully logged into my acc by resetting my pass. My friends found my old profile too and idk how to access it to delete it.

If you have an specific issue just forgetting password or anything they’d never provide you with any type of assistance instead of that They’ll tell you to do a troubleshooting that doesn’t fit with the solution and even you have to over ask through email because they don’t handle any matter seriously
