Since LB is the place for cinema lovers, it’s so frustrating that I have to squeeze out just four out of my list for the ‘favorite movies section’ in the profile. Let’s add some more (max. 8?) and then scroll to the right to see the rest. It’s a really good platform so the interface could be so made much so better to be visually more appealing. ALSO PLEASE ADD SHOWS!!!
App Loading Issues: Letterboxd Taking Too Long to Load

I’ve been experiencing really frustrating loading issues with the app lately. It’s been taking an unusually long time, sometimes up to 5-10 minutes; just to view a movie’s rating, read reviews, or even leave my own rating. Most of the time, it doesn’t load at all.I’ve tried several times on different days, but the problem keeps happening. It’s making the app almost unusable, and honestly, I’m getting really close to deleting it because of how slow it’s become. I genuinely enjoy using Letterboxd, but this bug is making the experience unbearable.Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible. I’d really appreciate an update on what’s being done to resolve it.

For the love of everyone who uses Letterboxd, please fix the excessive loading issues that makes me think there’s something extremely wrong with my wifi. I love Letterboxd. Absolutely adore it, but on some days it becomes inaccessible for a week and it is so frustrating trying to open it from three different devices to just not be able to open it at all. Not only that, but it drains your battery like crazy. Sometimes I just scroll and edit my profile and next thing you know, my battery has dropped down to 20%. I’m so serious Letterboxd, fix yourself before another competitor comes in to sweep everyone who’s using this app because of your excessive loading.
