Overall great, small issue

This app overall has been extremely helpful as a medical student and i’d highly recommend it to anyone who’s also studying anatomy as well. however, recently i’ve been unable to open the app for some strange reason. whenever i open the app on my iPad, it gets stuck on the loading screen infinitely. I’ve tried restarting my iPad, deleting and redownloading the app, but nothings been working. Strangely enough everything seems to be working fine on both my iPhone and MacBook.
