It’s awesome, in starting when I came to India my brother told me to have Jio and I started with Jio . But in starting I was facing some problems regarding network and I converted my number to Airtel but Airtel was too slow to work with and I got a feeling to throw my handset and again I started my journey with Jio and now its awesome its really worth to have it, but there are some application that doesn’t work for iPhone and I hope Jio will soon resolve it.

My experience with JioFiber has been extremely disappointing. My internet service has been unavailable for more than three weeks despite raising multiple service requests and making repeated follow-ups. Unfortunately, some complaints were closed without resolving the issue, and no proper explanation was provided.Customer support has been unresponsive, and the service engineers failed to communicate or provide any meaningful update. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on a stable internet connection for work and daily activities.I also expect a refund for the period during which the service was unavailable, as I have been paying for a connection that I could not use.I would not recommend JioFiber based on my experience. I hope the company improves its customer support, complaint handling, and accountability.

My recharge time is 4 days left since then only recharge message on calling time is on that too on every call. Those who do not make many calls and even have unlimited calls, then give them the benefit? Because they don't keep your system busy!
