The VPN service provided by this application has significantly deteriorated. Despite having paid for and utilized it extensively across various countries, I am currently experiencing connectivity issues in Dubai. The connection time is excessively slow, and the VPN connection is intermittent, refusing to establish a connection regardless of the server or country selected. Consequently, I find myself using this VPN infrequently, as I have discovered that numerous free VPN services offer superior performance, speed, and immediate connectivity. It is perplexing why even free products can surpass paid services in terms of quality.

I purchased a premium subscription for Kaspersky VPN, but I am very disappointed with its performance on my iPhone.Whenever I install and use the Kaspersky VPN while connected to Apple CarPlay, the internet stops working completely. If I uninstall the Kaspersky VPN app, everything works normally again. I have also tested other VPN applications, and they work fine with Apple CarPlay. The issue only occurs with Kaspersky VPN.As a paying customer, I expected better compatibility and reliability, especially considering the premium price I paid. Applications released on the Apple App Store should be thoroughly tested to ensure they work correctly with common features such as Apple CarPlay.At the moment, I cannot use the service I paid for, which is very frustrating. Please investigate this compatibility issue and provide a fix as soon as possible.
