It’s always easy to sell but the after sales is always the tricky one, with Mumzworld it’s been a breeze not just once but few times I’ve e countered issue. I remember first one was for replacement of a damaged item but the most recent one is even unexpected. I bought juicer more than a year ago and am willing to even pay for a replacement part. Can’t find a closest service center so took chance of calling Mumzworld, to my surprise it’s even under warranty and got my item replaced assisted by them end to end process. They even checked afterwards if all are in place. Have recommended to friends, nutri bullets and anything I could buy here, am a fan. You won’t always find this kind of after sales experience.

Pathetic customer service. We ordered an item on 2nd July. Mumzworld delivered the item at a wrong address on 4th July. We realised that it was delivered to another building in the same area with some similarity in the building name. We raised the issue with customer care on 6th July. Since then we had followed up multiple times on chat and call. They kept giving generic responses (apologies, we are checking with team etc). Only after hinting that we will highlight this on social media, their complaint manager called me today morning and ensured to deliver the item by today. We waited till evening and then collected the item ourselves from the other building as we were out of stock and needed it urgently. It is unbelievable that a seemingly reputed organisation failed to act on a simple matter even after following up for a week. And their customer care on whatsapp tests your patience firstly by keeping you waiting and then by giving generic replies without having initiated any resolution on the ground. I even asked them if i am chatting with AI. I mentioned that i will complaint with DED consumer forum (which i did later) and that we will escalate on social media channel, but they did not seem to be bothered at all. I raised the matter on their twitter page but there was no response. We should not encourage such shopping sites which do not value customer’s time and efforts and take them for granted. I am now trying to claim a compensation, through DED or otherwise, for the hassles we had to face with this order.

I have been dealing with them for some time now, it was every now and then that they sell me items that dose not exist, you pay and then you get an email that the item you bought is out of stock or “didn't pass quality check” or whatever reason they come up with every time, to make you chose another item! its a very bad strategy to sell your items that are not fast going very frustrating! and now this happens to me almost every time i place an order! every time i place an order they cancel the items with whatever reason to convince me with another item! and if i didn't accept they would give store credits ! really not even money back! so the guarantee your money doesn’t go anywere els but their pockets !!Very disappointing !
Missing parts and wrong color

So I ordered for this app for the first time and the items arrived on time but had pieces missing and was it’s hideous trying to log onto the site I order to make a purchase sit kept saying that my password is wrong although I had it saved. I then downloaded the app and it still didn’t work. I changed my password and it still didn’t work. This website is ridiculous I should be able to make a purchase as a guests!! the wrongs color I tried to contact the company via their app support and the WhatsApp number they have provided but nobody answered or replied to me. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again I and inclined to delete the app as soon as I query is dealt with!!
