I used this application for some time and it was all going smooth until the day I sent an amount which got trapped in their systems. Reached them out with countless email to help me bounce back my money to my account and all I could receive was a generic response from an AI that kept saying our specialist are still doing investigations that never ended nor to hear a reply of the status of my concern. It’s a scam do not use it to send huge amounts u afraid to lose cause they will do nothing about it. I contacted my bank and it still reverted me to these “THIEVES “ who care about nothing. I’m talking about 2 months of no response, concern, empathy & consideration. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have been using the app for a long time. After some time they requested for documents and account validation (which is normal). However, on their status are mentioning that this validation will take from 10-24 hours (fair enough). After 7 days i am still waiting, when i chat with their customer service support, they always just answer diplomatically and constantly refusing to tell me what is going on, blaming the “other department”. I requested a phone or an email of an executive to make a formal complaint and they refused to provide. It was and still is the worst experience i ever had!
