Three day free trial charges you after 24hours
shulyh
I signed up for the three day free trial and after exactly 24 hours of download, I got charged 198aed! It was for the premium yearly package which I did not sign up for. It is unethical and illegal to charge someone without consent. Why advertise a 3 day free trial and charge someone after 1 day unless you have malicious intent.
Scam /Beware:Service Not Available in UAE
poozhikkadu
This company is a complete fraud. They happily took my money for a service that is not even available in the UAE. When I requested a refund, they refused despite being unable to provide the service I paid for. This is misleading, unethical, and unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs

Hi. I live in the UAE and just found that I can not use your service because it requires making an international call to be able to record a local call! Which is not convenient in my case! How can I cancel this payment and stop the subscription?
