Worst delivery experience ever. Every single time I’ve used this courier for home delivery, I’ve had serious problems. The delivery guy behaves like he’s doing me a favour, refusing to deliver to the actual address. He called and ordered me to collect the parcel from a nearby market instead. Even after I clearly explained that only women are at home and requested delivery to the correct point, he straight up refused and replied he cannot move even 100 meters. This kind of arrogant, unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. If this is the standard of your service, it seriously needs fixing. I expect strict action to be taken.
Worst delivery experience ever. Every single time I’ve used this courier for home delivery, I’ve had serious problems. What the hell is this yrr ?? It’s been an hour i m waiting for pathao but no one accept my request. What kind of service is this?? In the map there shows lots of pathao riders showing but nobody accept it i m already getting late i m really disappointed by the facilities by the pathao and they didn’t give any important to customers???
