Charged Without My Consent and Unfair Refund Decision

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Relive Plus. I did not use this app at all. My child accidentally clicked “Subscribe” without my knowledge, and I was charged unexpectedly. When I requested a refund, it was immediately marked as “Not eligible,” with no proper explanation and no chance to appeal. This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair, especially since the subscription was unused and the charge was unintentional.
