I wish that you change the system a bit for putting stuff in the basket. It would be helpful if there’s a limited amount of time for putting stuff in your basket before anyone pays first before you and takes away the item. Yesterday I put shoes in my basket and then I started looking for other stuff to see if I wanted to buy anything; then when I reached to the point where I had to pay, it said that the shoe I wanted is sold out, meaning that someone took it away from my basket. I hope that you would change this system and when i keep an item in the basket it can stay there for 1 hour until I’m done looking for other stuff. Then if it stays in my basket for over an hour, someone else is allowed to take it. Thank you

This is been my worst shopping experience ever and it was a shock and unbelievable that I had to experience it in the UAE. I placed my first order making the payment using my card and the wrong item was sent to me. The customer service advised me that a person will pick the item and process the refund or deliver the right product which I had ordered. After 48 hours as nobody contacted me I called the customer service again and a different representative advised me to take pictures of the item and email it to them, can you believe it. To return the item and get the refund. I was adamant on not doing that as I am a frequent online shopper and who asks for the item’s pictures to be emailed for a return? They sell luxurious brands and they don’t even check their products before shipping it to the customer. The item was picked up after 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the delivery fees I had paid for receiving the wrong item and it has been almost 4 weeks. It is not only ruining the reputation of its brand but also the country as most of the population here is expatriate and everyday we have people moving to the UAE to start new lives. Very disappointed

I had the worst experience dealing with their customer service. When I first received the bag, I did not look at it thoroughly or take any pictures and that was my biggest fault. I didn’t like the quality of the item so I returned it. But the return was rejected because they told me there was a scratch on the bag and claimed that I did it. Idk if they bothered to check their own team if they damaged the product. The service agent kept repeating the same thing ‘I understand..’ but they were absolutely useless. They also told me they would send me pictures of how the item arrived, but they never got back to me and just sent me back the return without proper assistance. When I asked them to show me pictures of how the product was sold to me, they denied it. It is absolutely unfair to customers, especially when I haven’t even seen the item properly. For anyone that wants to use Ounass, do not trust them. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I’m sure it will happen again to someone else. I will never be using their service ever again.

Your app gives an awful name to luxury shopping. My experience with Ounass has been one of the worst I've had online shopping. I made an order for a dress and I called ahead to have it next day delivery for urgency. My request was completely ignored by customer service. Upon receiving my item the dress has been defect the fabric had holes in it and it seemed well-worn. I requested a return within the hour of receiving the item and provided supporting images of my claim, and wanted a pick up as soon as possible. They keep telling me next day will pick it up over and over again. The dress was stuck in my possession till the week after! When the item was FINALLY picked up, it's been over two weeks and every time I call they tell me they're too busy to verify my claim. After calling and contacting the for the millionth time they said it's been approved and I will received my refund with the next 2 days. Its been over a week since then. I am constantly contacting them and there is no response. This is no "luxury" shopping. This is barely second-hand shop treatment.
