For over a week now I can’t call and nEither can I receive calls on the app. It’s frustrating. I’ve been sending several emails and no response.Reply update: thanks for the reply but I’ve done what you asked and got an email on what to do and after doing that no still haven’t gotten any response. This is draining as I paid full year subscription for 2 numbers and still can’t access it for weeks now.

I demand that you refund my payment immediately.I download and subscribe for 1 year for second number. They took the payment and I did not receive the number on the app. I requested for a refund. Apple support confirmed on the email that it will be refunded. However I got another email from the developer saying that they cannot refund and offering me some useless apps. Meanwhile on the apple app support status it’s showing refunded status on my refund request.I did not receive the refund!!!This app is a scam, cruel and please do not download or use. They’re cowboys, fraudulent.
