This application is so amazing, amusing, excellent, and all the positive things I could say in my mind. I can access some banned games, some links, and many things. You should definitely buy premium. I bought premium not because I need it (since the normal is so good), but because I want to support your application. great app, works well. but not giving it 5 stars because the splash screen duration is ridiculously long, it’s like a 5 second animation and it happens anytime you open the app, even if the app is running in the bg and you just switch to it. i know it seems like a small thing but its a real hindrance as a frequent user, especially because we have to reactivate the VPN repeatedly within short durations. also, the animation seems to be of a fixed duration always, it’s not a loading screen of some sort so it seems very avoidable. to the UX team at X-VPN: the animation is cool and all, im sure someone worked hard on it but i’m sure you can understand how this just bad UX practice, its really annoying for the user so maybe someone should reconsider the user journey. hope this is informative and not as whiny as i might make it sound, but it really is annoying 😵‍💫

I hate and love this app in the same time

I love this app because it connects really fast and I can play roblox but the thing it bothers me that this vpn closes after an hour or 45 min long only idk then and it disconnects but everytime when this happens I delete the app and reinstalled it and it keeps happening the same thing but it’s ok it’s not like the other vpn they work badly and we have to pay money for it but the only thing is this app you should fix is that don’t let only for an hour long I want it more I wanna play roblox more this the best vpn from all of them and I don’t wanna pay money for it I like having it free cause it works fine but I hate keeping deleting the app and reinstalled it please fix this PLEASE!!!

Few months ago I downloaded this app, after few days I purchased premium subscription. I payed 50 usd for that, and I was hoping it’ll work better than free version.But, almost from the beginning application was not working properly. Vpn was disconnecting all the time, when it was connected wifi was disconnecting same time. So application was not working, and I wrote about it to the customer service. They suggested me to uninstall my vpn and download new updated version, and it should help.I did that, but after downloading a new vpn, my account was changed for another amount of money, for a one month subscription(you can imagine how surprised I was).I wrote about that to the customer service, but they didn’t help me, no advices why it happened, nothing. Finally I called Apple, and they helped me with cancellation of charge.Everything would be good, but after that I could not restore my premium subscription, for which I payed 50 usd few months ago!I wrote about the problem to customer service, and they replied me, that my premium subscription was only for one month 😂So you can imagine how angry I was, but still, I asked them to double check my subscription, and I’ve got the same response. They didn’t even check properly, and just send draft answer to me. Ok, fine, I thought, maybe because of some reason they cannot check it, I send them payment confirmation with order number, dates and all of the necessary information. After that moment, no response from them.Now I’m not sure, if they are doing it for a purpose, just making people pay few times for the same thing. Summary:My advice, if you want to have really working VPN, not just an app on your phone, which you cannot even use, choose any other VPN.
