"I was able to change tickets for me, my wife, and my mother-in-law with ease, but when I tried to modify my child's (Georgi Khilial) ticket, the app failed. I spent over 3 hours calling customer service, and after waiting for 65 minutes on the phone, I was told the modification wasn't possible. A second agent said it could be done for €670, even though the tickets I changed had the same value. I was then instructed to go to the airport office, which is a 3.5-hour drive one way. When I arrived, the office was closed despite the official website stating it was open at 20:40. This situation wasted two full days of my time, causing a lot of unnecessary stress. As a tourism business owner, I know this is not how a professional airline should operate. The airline must resolve this issue and improve its customer service."
Way too complicated for what it should be doing

The login experience is horrible, prompting you to use “the same method” that you have used to signup, even if your email address is linked to your account, you cannot simply use your email.Even if you enabled face id, it still prompts for credentials…The app does not store the info that you have entered before, so for every leg of your flights you have to reenter the passport data and nationality… a pure waste of time.The check in experience for a family of 4 on the same ticket takes a good 20 min between the error messages and the complexity of the app.In summary the UX needs significant improvement.
Useful but require improvements
HFHA
The app is useful for making booking faster, but doesn’t store all of the flights you actually book.If you want to add a booking you have to add the ticket number, which is another hassle that could have been avoided if it’s automatically added.
We fixed some errors that we detected in our application and that we thought upset you.
