I’ve been using Breadfast for almost a year. Unlike other supermarket apps, this one has accurate stocks, so you always get exactly what you order and usually within 30-45min only. I’d like to see a better selection of fresh cheese, meat and poultry which I currently get from other sources for this to be a one-stop-shop supermarket app.

Worst experience ever

I ordered a meal from Willy’s through Breadfast and was surprised to find that the price was 70 EGP higher than the price offered directly by Willy’s in their website.I submitted a complaint, customer service contacted me, to only justify the price difference with an illogical explanation instead of addressing the issue. In the end, all they offered was an apology, no refund or compensation for the price difference.A very disappointing experience. I immediately uninstalled the app and will not be using Breadfast again. I also won’t recommend it to anyone.

Reduce plastic waste

Please consider an alternative to all plastic bags, plastic covers, plastic spoons. The order usually arrives in so many plastic bags unnecessarily. Otherwise, thanks! I enjoy using the application and I totally recommend it, especially to my non-Egyptian friends who are looking for something reliable and easy!
