Great App but missing some feature in UAE version

I appreciate the seamless experience and user-friendly interface of the OKX app. The platform is well-designed, with excellent trading tools and smooth execution. However, I’ve noticed that certain features, such as Copy Trader is not available in the UAE version. This is a great feature that enhances user engagement and accessibility, especially for those looking to learn from experienced traders. It would be great if OKX could enable these features for UAE users or provide an update on their availability. Looking forward to seeing continuous improvements!

Overall good and reliableDeposit experience: 10/10 Chose:: manual transfer Avoid:: card transfer/applepayextremely seemless with manual transfer. I have schedule a recurring payments from my ENBD app. The transfer happens instantly. It takes 30sec to 1 min for me. These is no markup or fee which is great. Avoid card transfer as it has 3% fee I think. Fee: 8/10Chose: exchange modeAvoid: simple mode(if trader)Fee on simple modes are slightly higher. Exchange mode fee are lower but requires more time to set up tradesWithdrawal: 10/10they no longer charge any withdrawal fee. It's free now. Good decision. Speed is also good. Gets processed in less than 2 days. Which is good compared to others

Enforcement Team of and support team are useless

My overall experience with many wallets and how they handle cases compared to OKX Wallet is a one-star only. As a big wallet name, it should always support the customers and prevent any scammers. I faced a scammed problem and provided all the necessary documentation and information but they didn’t do anything, and it took them around 11 weeks to give me an update that they couldn't reverse the function or behavior of blockchains couldn't reverse or return the funds. Customer support is available only to give you a piece of general advice that is written on the website and they can not do anything or provide you with any update on the case. Besides that, they only provided me with information that I don't have to do many cases to prevent such scammed issues in the future.

A Frustrating Experience: Complicated Verification & Poor Support

I have tried this app for a while, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, especially regarding the verification process and customer support.Verification Process: The address verification is excessively complicated! I used an electricity bill, a rental contract, and a telecommunications bill, yet none of them were accepted. Not only is the process difficult, but it also takes an unreasonably long time, delaying the ability to start trading when needed.Customer Support: The worst part of the experience was the customer service. I did not receive any clear answers, and all responses were vague and unhelpful. After multiple attempts, my issue remained unresolved, as if they had no real intention of assisting users.
