Hi 🙋♂️ dear Pubg developer team, I know that pubg team is receiving so many requests from players all around the world.... I even mentioned in my last review of app store that lods of people are using hacks and cheating with other players... i know pubg recently updated the patch file in the system to detect if there is any third party 🎉 application being used to play....But still there are people, there are hackers, there are cheaters and they’re enjoying the game and we people are encountering issues....Even after reporting them your team is taking actions very slow.... i can understand there are so many requests but instead of asking us to send your team videos or anything our report should be enough...I will appreciate if these measures will be more strict to stop ✋ these players...Thx ☺️ for the nice update of patch file but hoping more better security check in game.....Security check should be in the beginning.... when the game is booting and going to load from the main screen.... there should be a security check and it will help your team to detect the third party app easily and it will provide us a better environment for all of us to have at least some Assurance that now people and their accounts being banned in the beginning and they’re not entering in the game main interface..Hope you’ll consider my suggestion

You don’t even care about your old players who have been supporting your sad excuse of a game “with a fair and fun battleground”. Hell its safe to say you never did and never will since all what we see from your so-called “non-stop working” team is talk and it can’t even be further than the truth. A few examples of your complete disregard towards the rule-following player base are: 1. You keep nagging “we Constantly are working to strengthen our security system” but the only difference from back then is now not only do you not ban the actual cheater, you developed the audacity to mail us saying “this player has not been cheating…” + no matter how many times I report players I AM SURE 200% that they were cheating. I even reported a case because she is my friend and i saw her screen when she was sitting next to me using a cheat software with complete ease. But one day, one day all your disregard and exaggerated interest in profit rather than improving the game will bite you back. I promise you. Anyways you can have my account for free i don’t want it and I don’t want anything that’s even remotely related to pubg mobile. Switching to pubg new state, a much better game with all its glitches, caring dev team, and most importantly fair game and a dev team that actually connects with the player base. Shame on you !

Honestly, I’m playing this game since season 2. I have almost more than 10-12 mythic outfits and have spent 1000s of USD but I didn't mind doing that until this game lost it’s sanity. Now if you’re playing you’re only playing with hackers. The new Enrangel is an absolute disaster. I thought the new update would solve the problem of the previous hacks but NO, infact it has thousands of more hackers. Every game is such a disappointment because some stupid guy with some 1 dollar hack comes and messes your billion dollars game and like me soon many more would give up on this game too.It’s a shame that PUBG focuses only on doing business and making users spend so much rather if you become a little bit strict on your policies and softwares maybe you’ll have some respect in the gaming world. After playing this game for months and years, today I have uninstalled it because I don't see the point of playing it anymore. It feels like skills and techniques are overshadowed by hacks in this game. Most importantly under my ban settings all the hackers reported are only being "monitored" and they’re enjoying killing everyone with their hacks =) I have not spotted 1 ban in my Ban page (I have reported 100s of hackers) and hence this is my answer to your negligent & careless team.Thank You.

Very bad client/customer protection and support

My account got hacked by someone, i never shared info or passwords nor did any reason for my account to be hacked, its just that my account was linked to my email which also got hacked. I have been using my account for 2 years ever since the 2nd season, I ask for help to recover since i have spent a lot on that account by buying RP pass and upgrading my gun, so i tried thru customer service in-game, no good and only automated response, i emailed the customer support, no good either as they did not respond. I found out I totally lost my account when I logged in which is linked to my facebook and its Create New Character again. So disappointing and frustrating as I have been using that account since season 2 and I never use any hacks or plugins, its just that someone hacked in to my account. To describe specifically how I know I was hacked, while I was playing, i got a prompt “logged in from another location” multiple times. I also found out the email linked to my account that there is someone attempting to go in. I have sent lots of emails thru the email they gave so I can prove the account is mine, to help me recover my account but to no avail. So as I conclude, VERY BAD CUSTOMER PROTECTION AND SUPPORT
