A great way to experience Hogwarts firsthand , but there are some disappointments.

The game has a very intriguing plot and interesting characters that are quite similar to those in the actual Harry Potter franchise. However, the game itself is not as interesting. The main issue is how fast one runs out of energy, which recharges every 4 minutes and is lost when the character performs only a few actions. Also, the only thing you can really do is trace lines or tap on objects/people to perform specific actions or cast spells. It is not exactly challenging . What I love most about it is how well the characters are thought out and how the player is able to make many decisions for the character, investigate the Hogwarts grounds through amazing graphics, and make valuable friendships with so many different people.
A great way to experience Hogwarts firsthand , but there are some disappointments.

I love the game, really. It’s very fun to play with, but, my problem is that the energies are a bit low and it refills way too slow. Real lack of energy. Is it possible for you guys to make it about 1-2 minutes instead? It finishes up really quickly so it makes me want to close the app and wait for at least 30 minutes to an hour for the energies to refill itself. I, and probably the other players would really enjoy it as well if you could add maybe more minigames that won’t TAKE us all to wait for 6-10 hours. That’s a LOT. Or maybe just lessen the time limit for the current ones… Also, the notebooks, they’re really hard to earn. It’s either we only get it with money or nothing. And the most important request, can you please, please, please, add a ‘reset’ or a ‘restart’ option for the game? I have made wrong choices from the start and I can’t find any way to start over. As well as the lagging problem, it crashes at times especially after buying something in the store, and that part in the start of Year 2 where Dumbledore said his speech. Also is it possible for you guys to add the original Harry Potter music? Everyone would surely enjoy it a lot more! Me and the other players would absolutely and DEFINITELY appreciate it if you could fix these problems and add more stuff. I love this game! Thanks a lot ❤️

I love the game, really. It’s very fun to play with, but, my problem is that the energies are a bit low and it refills way too slow. Real lack of energy. Amazing game but needs improvement

So I have this game on my phone and so I decided to download it on my iPad but the problem is my little brother keeps opening my iPad and I don’t know how he keeps knowing my password. Anyway he starts playing the game and then he spends 600 coins on clothing. Then he puts the I pad back as if he never touched it and when I go and open the iPad and try to play the game I find my coins decreasing and what is really bugging me is when he does this exactly when I actually need the coins as part of the game not as the mini games and clothing. This happened at Year 1 Chapter 5. I have tried every single way I could think of to delete the game and my progress but no matter what I do there is just no use. I even told my cousin who attends some sort of very advanced IT college and Computers and he could not do it what so ever. After that I had to go to the only option which was to tell and beg my dad to buy the offer with the least money required an of course he said [No sorry but I am not wasting money 💴 on a game. So I even tried to use some of these converters for coins and they don’t work in my country. So that is why I am really hoping you can really add a restart button or make a slight simple upside in the game so other players like me can enjoy the game and we can be able to restart the game. P.S- another reason for you guys to add or update a restart button is if you finish the game you can restart it if you want as well as if/when you do you can try different choices and try new things in the game. So please Jam City, Inc, please I hope you add a restart button and if you don’t mind maybe add a little bit more mini games and lessen the time of the energy recharging. Thank you Jam City, Inc. once again for you going through and reading this. Thank you very much [for the 3 time I think😂] I love this game and I love you guys but really please do add that feast art button I really think my and my friends and other players would really enjoy it.
