This is my 3rd time i order something that is not available without updating the app. I find out at the cash desk that it’s not available like Acai for tonight.

Lies lies to tempt you!

Not sure if they try to scam you in a way or lie to you either way they are fooling you in a way while using there app, I collect a lot of points and it suddenly just disappeared, I went to ask what happened to lady said it’s updating? Been over a month and still didn’t get any of my points? They tempted me by saying I only need 50 points to get a free item, so I went ahead and ordered a muffin which the staff said it givesYou up to 300 points ! I ordered the muffin and then got only15 points ? Here we go another lie ? They tempted me and made me order and then said oh sorry we don’t know what’s going on ? Anyways I guess this is there quality I’m deleting this scam of an app and not coming back here again.

Sandwiches taste good, music is tooooo loud

I love the place, and the sandwiches and coffee taste great. Their sweets without refined sugar are amazing. However, the music in the place is unreasonably loud, which makes it really unpleasant to dine in, and all you want is to leave as soon as possible. Even AirPods don’t help much, as you can still hear the music through them. You can't bring little kids if they’re sleeping, as they will wake up, and you can't come with a friend because you won’t be able to hear each other and have a conversation. Has anyone ever considered turning the volume down a bit?

Good but could be better!

I love the ordering process and loyalty tiers. The only thing I don’t like about using the app to order is that the payment methods don’t include Apple Pay. I rarely walk out for lunch with my wallet, so when I need to use a new card on the app to pay, I can’t.
