I saw an ad in the Instagram regarding the magical edits and ended up checking it out since it mentioned free trial as all app does, but to my horror this app charged me the amount the moment I signed up even after making very sure that I am only signing up for the free trial not the actual subscription. So sad to see App Store permits apps like these, very unprofessional. This review is not for the functionality of the app instead for the way they are conning customers.
Developer Response
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with the app. There are different subscription options available in the app, including the ones without a free trial, so you might have opted for such one. Besides, if you have already used the free trial in the past, it's, unfortunately, not possible to use it again, so you are charged for the subscription right away. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings -> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. If you wish to request a refund, you will need to contact Apple Support, as developers don’t manage billings, thus we can’t refund your money. You can report a problem with any purchase that you've made in the last 90 days using the following link: reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have further questions or any troubles with the app, feel free to contact us at support@utilityappsmobile.com
