WhatsApp’s broadcast feature has been an essential tool for my communication needs, allowing me to reach multiple contacts simultaneously. However, there’s a minor inconvenience that I believe could significantly enhance user experience.

Currently, when I search for a contact in the broadcast list and select one, the list disappears, requiring me to search again for each subsequent contact I want to add. This process becomes cumbersome, especially when I need to add contacts across different categories.

I suggest implementing a small but impactful improvement: maintaining the visibility of the contact list after selecting a contact. This adjustment would streamline the process of adding multiple contacts to a broadcast, saving users valuable time and effort.

Overall, WhatsApp continues to excel in facilitating seamless communication, and I hope this feedback contributes to further enhancing its usability.

The app was working fine, regardless of some technical issues from time to time, but then my number got banned, out of no where, I don’t use it to send messages to people i don’t know, it is mainly for friends, family and colleagues. Anyway I contacted the customer support and they ended up sending me an email with the policy, i read it carefully and didn’t find anything that i have done and might lead to getting banned, I reply to the email, and their response looked automated, i googled it and check reddit and found out that they actually just send automated answers to everyone. I understand that this app has millions of users and it is hard to support everyone but if you can’t do it properly then just limit the number of users. I have been having this number for years and this account on whatsapp for years as well, I can’t just change it suddenly and lose important chats. Just shame on you. I hope everyone will just transfer to telegram or whatever where we can enjoy privacy and proper support.

When you give us option for business WhatsApp so why you banned our business WhatsApp just one single person who can report you then you banned our business account
You know we have many clients and deals which i lost just banned our business account
And I sent many emails on WhatsApp support then no response and nothing do for me
Still my account is banned from WhatsApp since last Thursday
This is very unprofessional behaviour from WhatsApp
