I have taken this subscription back and that is for four years and I am totally dissatisfied with this connectivity issue problem I am I have been using iPhone and I have installed it and since then after installing this application, it is keep on showing connecting connecting connecting out of 10 attempts, and still, the issue remains the sameAfter calling to the customer care they have given me another application. It’s called open VPN. so not a far Indian have to do how to install open VPN open VPN is an application or you just need to add the credentials the login ID and the password and it is like totally a mess, so I totally regret and I will tell that those who are using iPhone please don’t use all my Surfshark because it’s a waste of money.

Firsy I bought year subscription and after couple of months VPN stopped working in ALL countries that I travel. Surfshark refuses to do a refund. Secondly, this app is like a cancer on your phone. It persistedly tries to connect VPN if it's continiuosly fails.At the same time you may forget that you tried to connect VPN and suddenly find there is no internet on you phone: via cell data, via wi-fi, via to someone's phone hotspot. I lost half of the day thinking my phone is damaged (no reset, no hard reset helped) before I realized that it was Surfshark VPN switched on (and not working) that completely stopped my internet.Dont let it on your phone!
