Great VPN but

I’ve been a Surfshark user for over 5 years now, it works amazing with internet providers that doesn’t have VPN restrictions, but when there’s a restriction the VPN doesn’t work very well or as expected. It takes time and effort to connect. Another thing is that some of the virtual locations have been there since the start, they should get their own dedicated servers, for example Morocco/Albania and others, should be a dedicated server not a virtual host anymore? Anyway, good work.

Hello, thank you for voicing your feedback! If you have experienced any connectivity problems on certain networks, switching to a different connection protocol could help. To do so, go to the Surfshark app -> Settings -> VPN settings -> Protocol. While it is true that some countries have virtual locations, these servers should function completely the same as the physical ones. Dear potential clients of Surfshark,They are misleading clients. I purchased a virtual number from their service with the intention of using it for account verification. However, the number did not function for this purpose, as it does not support verification SMS from Google or Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).This means I did not receive the service as described. Furthermore, their Advertisement states that a one-month refund policy applies; however, after contacting them, I have been told that the funds are “non-refundable.” This is misleading clients and contains elements of fraud.
