Guild/clan based issue/global chat

Love the game absolutely brilliant - But communication is an issue - considering im an advanced player over 300 power im trying to look for a very serious guild/clan and can never find one matching my level and it would be good to be able to see the levels of the guild members before entering the guild to save time. Also i believe a global chat would be very useful to join clans more your flavour and taste either fun clans or serious ones and just to socialise with fellow gamers. this is a definite need for a long time commitment to the game- considering i've spent money on the game it's not really worth it without being able to join with players my own level and so on. please take this into deep consideration thanks.

I downloaded this game cuz I loved the first one and I enjoyed the first half hour of this game until it crashed and then it kept on crashing every 5 minutes after I restarted it. Really hope you guys reply to this and fix this issue I am really looking forward to this game :)
