the app is mostly good and is easy to use, however there is a major problem, the tracking does not work properly as for the past year, everytime the courier leaves the restaurant, their tracking stops working and all of a sudden, it’ll show arrived. this problem is annoying as it gives no time to prepare and the courier has to wait for extra time.

I made an order at 18:05 and if was ready at 18:45. It was late and I tried contacting the support to cancel it. She refused to and told me the order is being prepared not ready. When I asked the venue they told me it was already done. Anyway the order was picked up from the restaurant at 19:05 ( 20 minutes after it was already done ) and arrived to my address at 19:20 . In total my order was sitting for 45 minutes. The support agent is trying to force me to take the order and refusing to cancel it and since she’s playing these games, I am going to play them too and told her I will not be taking the order and accepting it or paying for it. Even though I have the old the right to not receive the order which was 45 minutes setting she told me that this is going to be a negative on my balance. If she’s taking that person and the app is refusing to cancel my order and keep my balance in negative well installing the app is the easiest thing I can ever do.

This is the worst customer service I have received from a food application, very unprofessional. I placed two orders 10 minutes apart and 1) the application didn't pick up my location (although I wrote the correct location information and I am a tourist so not familiar with the map) & the driver didn't answer my calls to drop it off 7 minutes away in the correct location, Customer support sent me a picture of my food on the side of the road to go pick it up and I was not refunded, 2) on top of that my second order got delivered over two hours and a half late, and it was freezing cold and 3) the customer support is replying 20 minutes late!!! Have not refunded for the trouble I went through. Very unprofessional, worst food experience of my life! I spent around CZK847 for nothing in return! The one star is only cause I have to put it to write the review if I can I would put -5 stars.

I tried the app multiple times and the delivery was good no issues till today in Bucharest after i made an order and I went down to meet the courier 10 minutes before his arrival to the only entry to the hotel am staying in… the app said it was delivered I called the courier the phone was off.. i contacted customer support they said he has the right to leave the food at agreed place if he waited long enough … its only one road one entry and no calls at all from the courier.. after that i just ask them to contact the courier but they just ignored every message. Which is very professional. I revoked the tip and hope someone hungry got the food
