I don’t know why but my game seems to be refreshing every few seconds. As in whatever I am typing won’t send whenever my game blinks. So I have to be so quick. Even in sending a report, it blinks and whatever I am typing will be erased. Therefore I decided to bring it here. It happened before and fixed on its own or maybe after an update or so? But it’s happening again and so annoying.

The game itself is good and I enjoyed playing it. Until the day I encountered an error in the game.It was when i had topped up 4 different packs in one night but I didn’t receive one of the packs. As i tried to seek help from their Customer Service, i sent them a complaint for what have happened. They’re taking a week just to give you a single unthought out response.First, i was shut off by them without explaining to me their investigation and just closed the issue just like that. They told me that i have received all the packs even though i sent them all the proofs that I didn’t. Photos that I didn’t receive an in-game email, no Ally Gift Crate and no additional in my bag.Second, they kept on circling around the loop of asking for the Invoices of my purchases and telling me lies. After a month of running around the wheel, I was told by them and confirmed by them that I haven’t really received what i was claiming for but with another made up story of ‘you have received another pack which we need to deduct from your bag’. I asked them what was the pack that they’re claiming i had mistakenly received. It turned out that it was a pack that I have also paid for. In here, I was convinced that they will do anything like making up stories just so they could justify their words. It was so frustrating and felt scammed by them. This is the first time i had experienced this kind of treatment from a Customer Service of the game. Their credibility has gone rock bottom.

Game keep crashing and every few days need update. This game is concentrated on the biggest spenders and top Allies, who will bully your whole state. Most frustrated, paranoid, dramatic and mean people are concentrate there, 40-50yo people bullying in group a 20yo person, and if you dare say something, it’s your turn to be bullied. As bonus there are many pervert people contacting you if you are female. I spend money and 5 months in this game. All waste of time and money. Support and moderators are GHOSTS. Even to close account is crazy. Moving to an other state is a failure event, so I uninstalled the game for my mental health, worst experience ever. Only good part was to meet few people who were truly friends, and we moved to an other game. If you are sensitive and introvert people, stay away!

I have been playing this game a bit over 6 months now. It was a lot of fun at the beginning but as time passed it stopped being fun to play as the developers became too much money focused. If you are not a P2P player then the power gap between F2P and P2P is immense you need to be a heavy spender. In my state game is dominated by 5-6 heavy spenders and a lot of people started quitting I think no more than couple of hundred players are left. If it continues like this more players will leave and they will be making much less. Upgrade requirements are insane for plasma players and the bundles they offer are too expensive
