Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your App Store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Guys, you have no idea how lack of sleep has messed up my ability to perform tasks in my daily life… I’ve downloaded so many apps and all of them focused on getting the maximum hours of sleep … none focused on sleep debt and educating you how sleep debt affects you…None of these other apps told you when your natural melatonin kicks in so that you can have the maximum amount of good quality sleep. None of these apps told you when you would have a peak energy level.Coming from someone who used to sleep for only 2 hours in a day and wake up with headaches, I wish I can sincerely sit down with the founder of this app and the entire team that built this app just to thank them with all my heart. This app has changed my life. 💯❤️

The app is amazing however there is a probelem with detecting sleep. It would be great if we can choose the source of data for each day. Sometimes my Apple Watch battery goes down and I would love to be able to choose phone mouvement as a source of data instead

The application is great but be carful, it will destroy your battery, my iphone 15 pro max i bought new, was using for a while, before installing rise i was charging once a day, after that i started charging twice and sometimes 2.5 times a day with made my charging cycle counts go off the roof and battery percentage eventually went from 99% until 92%, i thought that i am using the phone too much but when the battery reached 92% i went to check and there it is, Rise using background battery for 15 to 18 hrs daily….
