Despite being informed earlier that my account was whitelisted, it was unexpectedly blocked without any warning. now I can't even access crucial data related to my clients. This situation has caused significant disruption to my business operations.I have already contacted your support team regarding my issue. However, it remains unresolved at this time.I have been a loyal user of your service for over three years, consistently generating revenue for your platform. Unfortunately, my account has now been blocked due to sanctions. As a result, I no longer have access to my clients, and I am losing money every day. This is a complete scam. Do not download this app.They keep charging my card even though I am not using the app at all. It is simply installed on my phone, yet money continues to be deducted from my account. I have tried to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but I have received absolutely no response.Customer support is impossible to reach. No one replies to emails or messages, and there seems to be no way to get help. Even worse, it is extremely difficult to stop the recurring charges, which feels intentionally designed to prevent users from canceling.I have contacted support multiple times and still have not received any reply. This is a terrible experience and completely unacceptable. I am urgently requesting assistance, a response from support, and a refund for the charges that were taken without my consent.
