Disappointing Experience — Unprofessional Customer Service and No Refund

I had a very disappointing experience with Mobimatter. I purchased an eSIM for my travels, but unfortunately, it never worked from the start. When I reached out to customer support for assistance and a refund, instead of addressing the issue promptly, they asked for an excessive number of details — clearly knowing that I was traveling without reliable internet access, which made it impossible to respond in the way they demanded.What’s most frustrating is that they could easily check on their system that the eSIM was never activated or used. Despite sending multiple emails explaining the situation, Mobimatter kept refusing to refund my payment, placing the blame on me for not providing every single detail they asked for — even though the core fact was that the service was never delivered.This was an incredibly unprofessional and frustrating customer service experience. I would caution others to think twice before purchasing from Mobimatter, especially if you might be depending on their service while abroad. A service provider should take responsibility when their product doesn’t work, not hide behind bureaucratic processes designed to avoid issuing refunds

I landed in Milan Malpensa Airport and i bought 10gb sim. When i tried to activate the sim, it could not be activated because Im using airport wifi. The milan airport wifi was very strong. I sent an email to mobimatter and they replied by some steps which i took but still did not work. I didn’t have time for this and i had to buy a sim card from the airport as i needed internet urgently. I asked for a refund but I was ignored and did not get any refund from mobimatter. I recommend buying a simcard from the airport and don’t use mobimatter.
