Waste of money

I have downloaded the app during my vacation in Thailand and paid for 2 weeks data plan but it only worked for 2 days!!! I contacted the customer service to assist me but they couldn't fix the problem and according to them the issue was forwarded to the development department but no one got back to me. I only got to use the data plan for 2 days only during my 2 weeks vacation in Thailand. They basically stole my money.

Rather, all the problems were related to the signal coverage of the local operator to which you were connected. Not always and not everywhere can the signal from the network work correctly.
