I am so happy with excel Nd PDF features it’s really amazing. I will not compare with any other office software but I am sure once you use this one you will forget other office suit software. Thanks to WPS software developer you really make a great feature such as word to pdf and excel with mobile friendly etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Disappointed Customer Service not responding

WPS can you please take action on our raised complaint. We purchase the full package last 4/Nov/21 using my son’s apple account without issue. WPS was working fine until it stopped letting us login from 1/April/22. Now it is saying that the apple account can’t login due to age of account holder. We have raised the same issue with Apple and they checked there is no problem with my son’s account since he was authorized and was able to use since 4/Nov/21. Apple customer service advice is to reach out to WPS since it may have caused some updates on your side. Now no one in WPS customer service has responded to our complaints by email. Very unsatisfactory since our subscription is valid until November 2022! Can anyone please take action from WPS?!

You purchase free trial and monthly plan for 9$ per month. In 3 days they charge you 150$ for yearly plan and additional products. Many people claim the same issue in Facebook. No direct chat with support teamOn my claim, Support refused to refund. Obviously the comment is “so sorry, you purchased this by .yourself”. Nothing to say. Will not be surprised if they charge more money because the same reason, probably even will have to feedback to my bank to block them
